Jim's Little Riddle.

This is Jim. Yes. The one and only Jim Moriarty. Call me Moriarty. You are so not good enough to call me Jim. Anyway, let's cut to the chase. I have a little riddle for you. Hope you like it:

Sundays are boring,
Shoppers are hunting,
At 17:04,
London's heart goes BOOM!

Have fun solving it!

JM

  2. Sundays are boring because its the last day of a hard earned weekend.
    Shoppers are hunting for bargains
At four minutes past five in the evening,
The heart of the UKs nation goes 'boom'?
Obviously, it's to do with a building that is famous for royalty is rigged with bombs so it must be:
    1. Buckinghiam palace.
    Or
    2. parliment( which I have my doubts about it).

  3. I'd say it would be Big Ben going boom from an alien crash.

  5. Katie Salter, I think you are right , but that all should mean something one, f.e. “BOOM!” will happened on Sunday, in 17.04., further written that it will be in London's heart… What is London’s heart? Hm… I think it is the most popular shopping center and of course it must be one of the biggest , and in it should be a lot of people…

  9. Sundays are boring because it is Sunday and there is no murders.
Shoppers are hunting for the things at a low price, and if they do it on Sunday, then Sunday just became more boring. The "heart" of London goes "BOOM". Jim there are four choices: Buckingham Palace, Parliament, Tower of London, and Big Ben. This is all happening on a Sunday, 17:04, or for you Americans, 5:04 PM. Now I have a question for you Jim, which month of the year are you talking about?

    1. One more thing, Jim, if it is Sunday, and shoppers are hunting (probably at a gift shop) and it is 17:04, and the heart of London goes "BOOM". There will be murder, mass murder, so I am bet that the heart of London is not the Buckingham Palace, or Parliament. This leaves Tower of London, and the Big Ben. It is neither of those, so it is the world's most secure bank, which is in London.
